Dampness and Mould can be passively treated with minimum disruption.

Rising damp can be treated with a damp proofing system called Electro Osmosis.  We treat the mould and dampness with a wire such as titanium. The wire is strung along and into a wall then subjected to a low voltage charge. This prevents dampness rising up a wall.  Electro Osmosis is used to treat dampness and mould is seen as an alternative to chemical damp proofing and is easily concealed behind skirting boards.  It can also be applied to a range of wall types that are often difficult to damp proof, such as thicker walls, and those in protected and listed buildings as a sustainable way to passively treat dampness and mould in a non destructive manner.
